NetBooster Announces 2008 sales figures for the business year Frankfurt, February 2, 2008 (NBANBPM09022009) – NETBOOSTER, European specialist for online marketing, has its sales figures for the business year 2008 published (figures not yet checked): turnover (millions of euros): 46.3-2008 Pro forma (*) 48.8-2008 consolidated (*) 33.6-2007 consolidated 2008 change 2008/2007: + 28% Pro forma (*) + 45% consolidated 2008 (*) (*) since 1 January 2008, the pro forma turnover figures include the activities of Evolnet (Spain), which was acquired on July 4, 2008, and include not the activities of the affiliate platform ReacitvPub, which has been removed from the scope of consolidation as of December 31, 2008. (**) The consolidated turnover figures include the activities of Evolnet (Spain), which was acquired on July 4, 2008, as well as by ReactivPub. The consolidated and pro forma turnover figures 2008 of 48.8 million or EUR 46.3 million mean an increase of 45 per cent or 28 per cent compared to the consolidated sales from 2007, which amounted to 33.6 million. Due to market conditions, the growth was greater than in North Europe (United Kingdom, Germany and Finland) during this period on average in southern Europe (France, Italy and Spain). The geographical distribution of the activities is including 37 percent in Europe and 23 percent in Northern Europe – on a pro forma basis – 40 percent in France and 60 percent international.
